Upgrade Camtasia 3.0 to the latest one need $200, it’s too expensive! I know another similar one is DemoCreator, just need $69, free to upgrade in future. Maybe it helps a lot.

True but you still get a working version of Camtasia for Free, which I find a lot higher quality than a lot of screen capture programs at the moment.
