Everybody start a Business

Welcome back!
We headed down to the Excel in London’s docklands for the Business Start Up Exhibition last Saturday to have a look. OK we got the event location wrong at first, thinking it was at the Olympia near Hammersmith it would have been easy peasy from Bristol, but no, it was the other side of London!
This meant I missed James Caan from Dragon’s Den speak which was my main reason for going! The place was absolutely rammed with hundreds of booths and people doing the speed networking thing and drinking expensive coffees.
Starting a business is as popular as ever and the amount of online web services at this event was impressive.
Working for yourself is as popular as it has ever been and there is no better and cost effective way than running an online business. It’s cheap, there’s no inventory, physical products or office space overheads to deal with (unless you’re doing very well, in which case why not?)
This isn’t to say you shouldn’t consider physical products though. Many information marketers have a physical back end consisting of dvds, cds or courses in nice shiny folders. It’s cheaper to produce than you think – check out kunaki
to your success!
